1. Before connecting the PE water supply pipe, use a dry cloth to wipe the side of the socket and the outside of the socket. When there is oil on the surface, it must be wiped with acetone.

2. The cross section of the PE water supply pipe should be flat, vertical to the pipe axis and chamfered; the insertion marking line should be drawn and tested before the PE water supply pipe is bonded, and the test insertion depth can only be inserted to 1/3 of the original depth. -1/2, it is strictly forbidden to use the bonding method when the gap is too large.

3. When applying the adhesive to the PE water supply pipe, the inner side of the socket should be applied first, and then the outer side of the socket should be applied. When applying the adhesive, an appropriate amount should be applied evenly from the inside to the outside along the axis, and no leakage or excessive application (200g/ m2).

4. After the PE water pipe adhesive is applied, the applied external force should be kept unchanged within 1 minute, and the straightness and position of the interface should be kept correct.

5. After the PE water supply pipe is bonded, wipe off the excess adhesive extruded in time, and do not apply force or forcibly load it during the curing time.
